* IPTV Streaming

As of 04.01.18 12a UTC, ACE TV closed their digital doors to streaming.

As good a service as it was, we are now looking into other options. A few have been located in research by Pedro, but now us admins will need to check them out as well for their reliability.

Again, NO IPTV service will be 100% reliable, but what we are looking for is stability and quality support when and if needed to help get feeds restored when it comes to investing as a reseller, which we are looking at $150 - $200 each time credits are needed to be purchased to allow you all as our customer(s) for the possible services.

I am not going to continue being a reseller, as it's not been financially conducive. Here are sources you can check out for yourself that could work for you.
  • Gears IPTV
  • BestBuy IPTV
    • Based on initial testing, I will be working this source in as my main source for the TV Addons feeds.
    • At such time, the pricing will increase once fully changed over.
    • Those currently on auto-pay will be grandfathered in at the current rate.
Thank you, and enjoy.

Ace Closing Down, "No Fool"
« on: March 28, 2018, 09:44:17 PM »
This is unfortunate, but was coming. Unfortunately much sooner than they even anticipated. :'(

I will be putting in a support ticket like hundreds or thousands of others resellers, and individuals that had an account when they closed the door to "new individual" accounts a few months ago, to find out as for any possible financial credit, especially as I had extended a few in the past 2 weeks and added 1 just Monday.

They may have had some streaming issues, but when needed, their customer support was pretty darn good.

So for those of you that do, feel free at your choosing, or let me know, and I will cancel any auto subscription to the service, and if you'd like to have the money back yourself.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

When: 01:59:13 UTC (3/29) / 18:59:13 PDT (3/28)

If you no longer have an active Ace subscription or reseller account, please ignore this email.

We recently announced that Ace was no longer accepting renewals or offering new reseller credits but planned to support existing subscription.  Due to mounting legal pressure in the UK we have been forced to change our plans and we are now announcing that Ace will close down at the end of March.

This means that from April 1st onwards the Ace service will no longer work.

Please do not request recommendations for an alternative service, you can google "best IPTV service" for options.  Please do not ask if we are rebranding/setting up a new service, the answer is no.

The Ace team wishes you all the best with your next IPTV service.

Best Regards,
The Ace Team.

The message I sent to see what will happen, if not for myself, but for the others out there having invested beyond April 1, and maybe into 2019.

Unfortunate it came so much sooner than expected with no other way but to close up, but there still needs to be some basic customer support to those whom invested past April 1.

So like many others, will there be any financial restitution back to your customers?

Of 50 Credits I believed purchased in February, I extended a few this month, including 1 out to June 1 (votepedro) as I set him up wrong (Sports vs Premium), and then via support ticket had a few others corrected to the Premium Package from Sports only. I then added 1 more just on Monday or Tuesday, bringing me down to 10 credits left.

The few active customers I still have, have been thankful of the service regardless of hiccups along the way for what was being offered.

I will be sure to capture a few "screenshots" of my user data before this service expires.

Again, have been appreciative of the service and especially the customer service when it was needed.

Looking forward to a response amongst the hundreds, if not thousands that choose to reply to this "ticket" email account like myself. So I patiently wait, even if it happens to be after Resurrection Sunday, April 1.

Their entire website is "Down for Maintenance (Err 3)", so the message above was sent to their "sales" email address.

As for a replacement for ACE TV, Pedro has been looking, and a couple of possibilities are there. I just need to take the proper time myself in the next 24-48 hours to check them out for myself.

Per their website:

Update April 2nd:

Ace is heading towards insolvency and therefore is expected to go through a bankruptcy process. At the end of this process the company will pay out pro-rated refunds for unused portions of subscriptions and for unused credits. Our best estimate is that this will occur at the start of May.

An email just arrived about the plans for the credit distribution via the insolvency. Based on the basic details it doesn't appear I would get any refund; minimum appears to be of 100 GBP results in 26 GBP.

In the meantime, Pedro came across an official news article this morning in regards to Kodi and it's liquidation.

And I just found this side article that was created about 2 hours later.
