Title: pac12 video playing options
Post by: gb77 on October 05, 2018, 05:33:25 PM
if you know where this is already answered let me know where, thanks.

i'd like to be able to watch pac12 streams in a window that's not a small frame in a web page & not fullscreen either. changing magnification of a page will not give me a stream window i can move around to fill a window. seems it's almost designed to force full screen to get away from the small frame. i use opera which can pop out a video to its own window, but this isnt working on this site. any help is appreciated.

What you do is click where it says to [Click to Go to PAC-12 Network] for example and it will take you to the full page on the stream site, instead of being framed in to the forum site. When clicking on the maximize box in the bottom right of the control bar, ideally it should be taking you outside the frame to watch. If it's not, then there's a quirk with Opera. I know it works fine with Google Chrome on my Android smartphone.

In this case, as most are, it's a separate soft button that's hard to detect, even I forget that it's a button. LOL

[Go to PAC 12 Bay Area] which is below the blue title bar and the updates on the streaming site, as it's on this site itself. That button links to http://ggwplive.i4atv.info/p12/baya.php which is what I refer to as being on the streaming site. In the long run, it will use less resources anyway, as it's not trying to load from 2 different web servers in 2 different locations, but only the 1.
